Who We Are
Bali Airport Transfer is a service name, not a separate company: every booking on this site is operated by Bali Premium Trip, a travel operator based in Bali that also runs private touring and VIP airport assistance across the island. This site exists for one job — getting travellers between DPS airport and their hotel, villa or harbour without the two classic Bali arrival problems: fare negotiation at the kerb and drivers who disappear when flights run late.
Our answer to both is boring and effective. Fares are fixed in USD before you fly, published openly on our price list, and locked to your booking — a standard Toyota Innova to Kuta starts at $105 (≈ Rp 2,500,000), and the same logic scales by distance all the way to Menjangan in the far north-west at $365. And every flight is tracked from take-off, so the driver's waiting time starts when your aircraft actually lands, not when the schedule said it would.
Bali Premium Trip has operated ground transport and VIP travel services in Bali since 2015, and Bali Airport Transfer is the arm of that operation focused solely on the airport run. The Team Behind the WhatsApp Number
Three small teams keep the service running. The airport desk answers the WhatsApp line around the clock, watches inbound flights, and dispatches drivers against real landing times. The chauffeur team — English-speaking, uniformed, briefed on resort drop-off procedures from the ITDC gates to Canggu villa lanes — does the driving. And a small operations crew looks after the vehicles: cleaning between runs, scheduled servicing, and the cold bottled water in every seat pocket.
We deliberately stay a service business, not an app. There is no algorithm deciding your fare by demand, and when you message us a person answers — usually within minutes, at any hour. Surcharges are published, not discovered: $5 for pickups between 22:00 and 05:00, 3% on card payments, $10 per extra stop, 5% off round trips. Nothing else.
