Bali Airport Fast Track + Premium Transfer
Land. Through immigration in 8 minutes. Greeted at the curb by a Mercedes V-Class with chilled towels. The combined service that turns a 90-minute Bali arrival into a 25-minute one — from $500 USD.
Bali Airport Fast Track + Premium Transfer is a single bundled service: priority-lane immigration through Ngurah Rai International (DPS) in 5–8 minutes, baggage retrieval by a porter, and curbside pickup by your pre-assigned Mercedes V-Class chauffeur — coordinated end-to-end by one concierge desk.
Who chooses the combo
This is not for the budget traveller and not for the tourist arriving at 2pm with no agenda. The combo is built for:
- Honeymooners on the back end of a 17-hour flight from Europe — wanting a beautiful first hour in Bali, not a queue.
- Executives arriving on the morning Singapore Airlines flight with a Seminyak meeting at 1pm.
- Premium families with children under 6 and 200 kg of luggage — the queue is hostile, the porter is essential.
- Public-facing principals and discreet VIPs who do not want to spend 45 minutes at a public immigration counter.
How the combo works
- T-90 minutes (before landing) — Our concierge confirms your flight is on track via FlightAware. Your fast-track agent is briefed; your chauffeur is dispatched to the airport.
- T-0 (touchdown) — The fast-track agent meets you at the jet bridge with a name sign. Your passport details (provided at booking) are pre-cleared.
- T+5 to 8 min — Through the priority immigration lane. Visa-on-Arrival pre-paid. Stamp issued.
- T+12 min — Your porter retrieves luggage from the carousel; you walk past with hand luggage only.
- T+18 min — Customs cleared via the green channel.
- T+22 min — Greeted at the curb by your Mercedes V-Class chauffeur with chilled towel and bottled Aqua Reflections water.
- T+25 min — Departing the airport — same time most travellers are still in the immigration queue.

Why pair fast-track with premium transfer (vs separate bookings)
Booking fast-track from one agent and a transfer from another is a coordination risk. If your flight is delayed, two providers must each be re-briefed; if one of them is late, the other is left waiting. A combined booking through one concierge desk eliminates the handoff. Our chauffeur is in radio contact with the fast-track agent throughout — your luggage moves directly from the carousel to the boot of the car without you carrying it.

What the combo does not do
Fast-track does not bypass health checks, customs random inspections, or quarantine inspections (rare). It does not replace your visa — you still need an eVOA or visa-free passport. Our agent expedites the queue you would otherwise stand in; he does not change the rules.
The connected Juara Holding experience
If you continue from Bali to a yacht charter, our concierge can hand you off seamlessly to Komodo Luxury for Komodo or Lembongan. If you are extending into a villa stay, we coordinate with Bali Premium Villa. For day tours: Bali Premium Trip. The fast-track itself is operated by our sister brand Bali Fast Track Airport — see also the Ngurah Rai operator’s official passenger guide for current immigration procedures.
FAQ
How much faster is fast-track really?
On peak days (December, July, weekends), the standard queue is 45–75 minutes. Fast-track gets you through in 5–8 minutes. On a quiet Tuesday afternoon, the standard queue may only be 15 minutes — the saving is smaller, but the chauffeur handoff is still seamless.
Is fast-track legal at DPS?
Yes — it is an official priority lane operated under Angkasa Pura I and Indonesian Immigration. Our agent is licensed and accredited.
Do I still pay the Visa on Arrival fee?
Yes — VOA ($35) and the tourism levy ($10) are mandatory government fees, paid to Immigration directly. Our agent can pre-pay on your behalf and bill it back, if preferred.
What if my flight lands late at night?
The combo operates 24/7 — late-night arrivals are some of our most-booked. The agent and chauffeur are dispatched regardless of arrival time.
Can I add a porter for very heavy luggage?
One porter is included. Additional porters are $20 each — useful for wedding parties or media crews with equipment cases.
What if I am travelling with children under 5?
The agent will prioritise your family through the lane and arrange a stroller path. Child seats in the chauffeur vehicle are complimentary.
Can I add a yacht or helicopter onward?
Yes — handoff to Komodo Luxury yacht at Benoa Harbour, or helicopter charter from DPS helipad. See helicopter routes.
What is the cancellation policy on the combo?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours pre-flight. 50% inside 24 hours. Full charge inside 6 hours. Force majeure (flight cancellation, ash cloud) — full refund.
