No. You reserve first, we confirm on WhatsApp, and your USD price is locked. Payment happens on arrival — cash in USD or rupiah, card with a 3% processing fee, or bank transfer. There is no deposit for standard bookings, which keeps things simple if your plans shift before the trip.

Yes. Cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee, stated at payment rather than folded invisibly into the fare. Cash and bank transfer carry no fee. Whichever you choose, the USD price confirmed on WhatsApp is the price you pay — it does not float with the exchange rate between booking and landing.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — message us on WhatsApp and the booking is cancelled without charge. Because nothing is paid until you arrive, there is no refund to chase. Inside 24 hours, contact us as early as you can; moving the booking to a new flight or date is usually the easier fix.

A day or two ahead covers most dates, and every request gets a WhatsApp confirmation within five minutes, day or night. For July–August, the Christmas–New Year weeks, and arrivals after 22:00, book earlier — vehicle choice narrows first, especially the Alphard and V-Class. Same-day requests are still worth sending; we answer honestly with what is actually available.

Fixed USD rates start at $95 (≈ Rp 1,549,000) per vehicle to Kuta or Legian. Typical standard-car fares: Seminyak $105, Canggu $115, Uluwatu $130, Ubud $150, up to $365 for Menjangan in the far northwest. Per vehicle. A standard Toyota Innova seats up to four passengers, so a family of four to Seminyak pays $105 in total, not $105 each. Five or six travellers fit a Hyundai Staria or Mercedes V-Class; a party of three with serious luggage may still prefer the bigger car purely for boot space.

The quoted fare includes the nameboard meet & greet, flight tracking, tolls and parking, an air-conditioned vehicle, and bottled water. The only extras are disclosed upfront: pickups between 22:00 and 05:00 add $5, card payments add 3%, and an extra stop en route adds $10. Nothing else is added at the kerb.

Your fare is otherwise identical to a daytime transfer.

For $65 per guest, an escort meets you at the terminal, walks you through the priority immigration lane, and a porter handles your luggage on the way to your chauffeur. It is the quickest legitimate route through DPS arrivals and can be added to any vehicle class when you book. Every passport is still processed — the lane is faster, not skipped.

Yes — VIP fast-track departure is $55 per guest. You are met at the kerb, escorted through check-in, then taken through the priority immigration and security lanes. From $150 per booking, you get a private transfer in a standard vehicle to the nearest hotel zone plus VIP fast-track arrival for one guest. Each additional guest’s fast track is $60, and vehicle upgrades — Staria, Alphard, V-Class, S-Class — are priced per the route table, so larger groups can still combine both services.

The Alphard runs $190 to Kuta or Legian, $215 to Seminyak and Nusa Dua, $230 to Canggu, and $300 to Ubud. It seats five around captain chairs and is the usual pick for honeymooners and business arrivals who want the space without moving up to the Mercedes V-Class or S-Class.
