Bali Yacht Airport Transfer — From the Jet Bridge to the Gangway
A yacht airport transfer in Bali pairs a fixed-price chauffeur run from DPS — $100 to Benoa Cruise Terminal, $115 to Sanur Harbour in the standard car — with a private boat or yacht charter arranged on request through the Bali Premium Trip network. One desk plans both legs. WhatsApp: +62 811 2859 0000.

Two Legs, One Plan
Every yacht journey out of Bali starts with a car. Whether you are joining a charter at Benoa, catching a fast boat at Sanur Harbour to Nusa Penida or the Gilis, or boarding a liveaboard bound for Komodo, the land leg decides whether the sea leg starts calm or flustered. Skippers work to tide and harbour windows — arrive late and the whole day’s plan slides.
So we run this as one booking. The ground legs are our own fixed-fare service — Bali Airport Transfer, operated by Bali Premium Trip since 2015 — and the vessel itself is arranged on request through Bali Premium Trip’s charter network. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, meets you with a nameboard, and the desk keeps the captain informed of your actual arrival time.
Fixed Fares: DPS Airport to Bali’s Departure Points
These are the two harbours nearly every yacht and fast-boat itinerary uses. Fares are per vehicle, in USD, and include the nameboard meet & greet, flight tracking, tolls, parking, and bottled water — the same terms as the whole airport transfer price list.
| Route | Distance | Drive time | Standard (4 pax) | Staria (6 pax) | Alphard (5 pax) | V-Class (6 pax) | S-Class / BMW 7 (3 pax) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DPS → Benoa Cruise Terminal | 10 km | 25–45 min | $100 | $145 | $205 | $250 | $350 |
| DPS → Sanur Harbour (Matahari Terbit) | 18 km | 40–65 min | $115 | $155 | $230 | $290 | $410 |
Round trips save 5% — useful when your charter returns to the same berth. Night pickups 22:00–05:00 add $5, card payments 3%, an extra stop (a marine supply run, a crew pickup) is $10. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Luggage, Provisions, and Boat Logistics
Boats punish bad packing logistics. A few things we handle routinely on this route:
- Heavy luggage to the gangway — drivers pull as close to the berth as harbour rules allow, and at Sanur Harbour, where boarding is sometimes by beach, they help stage bags for the crew tender.
- Provisioning stops — an extra stop at a supermarket or bottle shop on the way to the harbour is a flat $10; groups joining bareboat charters use this constantly.
- Split parties — guests arriving on different flights can be collected separately and delivered to the same berth; each car runs on its own fixed fare under one WhatsApp thread.
- Dive and surf gear — tell us the board or crate count and we send the right vehicle; the six-seat Staria swallows most dive loads.
The Charter Itself: Arranged on Request
Vessel charter is quoted case by case through the Bali Premium Trip network — day boats around Nusa Penida, sunset sails, crewed yachts, and multi-day liveaboard routes east toward Komodo. We publish no boat tariffs here because charter pricing depends on the vessel, season, itinerary, and crew — variables that belong in a written quote, not a static table. Send your dates, group size, and ambitions to WhatsApp +62 811 2859 0000 and the desk returns options with firm pricing in USD.
If your plan is simply to reach a boat you’ve already chartered elsewhere, the fixed fares above stand on their own — book the car through the online booking form and we’ll coordinate timing with your operator.
Timing Around Tides and Sailings
Two patterns are worth knowing. Fast boats out of Sanur cluster in the morning — most Penida, Lembongan, and Gili departures leave before 11:00 — so a red-eye arrival connects well, while an afternoon landing usually means a harbour hotel night, which we can route you to instead. Benoa charters are more flexible, but cruise ship days crowd the terminal approach road; your driver knows the schedule and pads the departure time accordingly. In both cases the fare is fixed regardless of how long the drive takes.
Coming back the other way, we run the reverse just as tightly: give the desk your vessel’s scheduled return time and berth, and a car waits at Benoa or Sanur Harbour to carry you straight to your villa or an onward departure flight. The same fixed fare applies in either direction, and a round trip booked together trims 5% off the total — worth doing when your charter starts and ends at the same harbour.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you get me from a morning landing at DPS to a fast boat at Sanur the same morning?
Usually, yes — the 18 km run takes 40–65 minutes, so a flight landing by 08:30 comfortably makes a late-morning sailing if luggage cooperates. Send your flight number and the boat’s departure time on WhatsApp and the desk will tell you honestly whether the connection is realistic before you book either leg.
Do you charter the yachts yourselves?
No — we are the ground transfer operator. Vessels are arranged on request through the Bali Premium Trip charter network, with the boat’s pricing and terms put to you in writing before you commit. The advantage of booking through one desk is that the car, the captain, and your flight tracking all sit in a single thread.
What if my inbound flight is delayed and I miss the sailing?
The car side flexes free of charge — we track the flight and the driver adjusts to actual wheels-down. For the boat, the desk informs the operator as the delay develops; day boats can often re-slot you to a later departure, while missed scheduled fast-boat tickets follow the boat company’s own terms, which we flag to you up front.
