Bali Airport Transfer, operated by Bali Premium Trip (since 2015), respects your privacy. This policy explains exactly what personal data we collect when you request a quote or book a transfer, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. We only collect what a driver dispatch actually needs.

1. Data We Collect

  • Booking info: Name, email, phone/WhatsApp, flight number, hotel or villa address, and pickup time.
  • Payment: We do NOT store credit card numbers. Payments are processed by trusted third parties (Stripe, WhatsApp Pay, or bank transfer), each with its own privacy terms.
  • Communication: WhatsApp messages and email replies, kept so we can answer follow-up questions and confirm your ride.
  • Website usage: Anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4) such as page views and device type. This never identifies you personally.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Confirm your booking and dispatch the assigned driver.
  • Send pickup confirmations and the driver’s contact details.
  • Issue your invoice or receipt.
  • Answer your questions and improve the service.

We never use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell them.

3. Data Sharing

We share your name and flight number ONLY with the driver assigned to your pickup, and only for that trip. Payment processors receive only what is needed to complete a transaction. We never sell your data or pass it to advertisers.

4. Data Retention

Booking records are kept for up to 24 months for accounting and to help with repeat trips, then deleted. Chat and email threads are cleared periodically. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see Section 5).

5. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email sales@balipremiumtrip.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will action your request, usually within a few days.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to run the booking form plus Google Analytics 4 for anonymised traffic stats. You can block or clear analytics cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to book.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update how we handle data, we will revise this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes that affect existing bookings will be mentioned in your confirmation.
