Three Levels of Bali Airport Meet and Greet
“Meet and greet” means different things at different airports, so here is exactly how it works at I Gusti Ngurah Rai (DPS). There are three tiers, and the first one costs nothing:

VIP Meet and Greet at Bali Airport International Arrivals
International arrivals at DPS follow a fixed sequence — immigration, baggage claim, customs, then the public hall — and your meet and greet slots into it like this:
- Before you land — we send your attendant’s and chauffeur’s names, photos, and the vehicle plate number on WhatsApp. Because we track your flight, an early landing or a delay changes nothing.
- Inside the terminal — your attendant meets you at the earliest point airport rules allow that day, holding a board with your name. With fast track added, that means an escort through the priority immigration lane before the main queue.
- Baggage and customs — the porter manages your trolley while the attendant keeps the group together, helps with the customs declaration if needed, and steers you past the SIM-card and taxi touts in the public hall.
