Resort Pickup, Step by Step
Give us your resort name and a pickup time — that's all the address we need. The driver clears the ITDC gate and your resort's driveway checkpoint about ten minutes early, waits under the porte-cochère, messages you on WhatsApp, and helps the bell staff move your luggage. Checkout queues at the bigger properties can crawl right at 11:00; if your timing is tight, settle the bill the evening before.
Staying at The Mulia, the Hilton, or another cliffside property south of the enclave? Same fare, same process — these pickups simply skip the ITDC gate and join the main road a little further along.
For private villas, send a Google Maps pin along with the villa name. Gates in the residential lanes can hide from GPS, and a pin saves the driver circling the block while you stand at the gate with your bags.
The Drive Out: What You'll Pass
Most departures run the Bali Mandara toll road, the causeway across Benoa Bay. In morning light the bay is at its best — mangrove channels, moored fishing boats, and the airport runway growing on the horizon. It's a calm last look at the island before the terminal noise begins.
When the toll backs up, or a guest wants one final errand, drivers switch to the Ngurah Rai Bypass through Jimbaran. That's the road for a last stop: Bali Collection near the ITDC roundabout for souvenirs before you've even left Nusa Dua, or a Jimbaran supermarket for coffee to carry home. An extra stop is a flat $10, arranged when you book.
