Terms of Service

These terms cover how Bali Airport Transfer — operated by Bali Premium Trip since 2015 — handles your reservation: fixed USD pricing locked at the time of booking, free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, a free 60-minute airport wait, and fully insured vehicles. Booking with us means you accept the points below.

1. Booking

A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp). You must provide accurate flight details and contact info.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices in USD, fixed at time of booking — no surge pricing
  • Payment options: WhatsApp confirmation + cash on arrival, bank transfer, or card payment
  • Prices include vehicle, English-speaking driver, fuel, parking, toll, child seat (on request), 1L drinking water per passenger

3. Cancellation

  • FREE cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
  • 50% charge if canceled 12-24 hours before
  • 100% charge if canceled less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show
  • Flight delay/cancellation by airline: free reschedule, just notify us via WhatsApp

4. Wait Time

Driver waits FREE for 60 minutes from your scheduled landing time. After 60 min, $10/30min applies.

5. Luggage

Standard sedan: 2 large + 2 small bags. SUV: 4 large + 4 small. Excess luggage: notify us in advance.

6. Liability

We carry full vehicle insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events outside our control.

7. Conduct

Smoking + alcohol consumption inside vehicle prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the trip without refund for unsafe behavior.

8. Disputes

Any disputes governed by Indonesian law, jurisdiction Denpasar, Bali.
