Can You Dive Menjangan the Day You Land?
Only with an early flight. Boats at Labuhan Lalang typically head out until early afternoon, and the crossing to the island takes about 30 minutes. If you clear arrivals by 8 am, a same-day snorkel trip is realistic; landing at midday or later, it is not — and rushing a 4-hour drive to miss the last boat is a poor start to a dive trip. The pattern that works: transfer on arrival day, overnight in Pemuteran (15 minutes east of the jetty, where most dive resorts cluster), and take the first boat next morning when the water is calmest. If your hotel is in Pemuteran rather than at the park itself, mention it — that drop-off is priced separately at $355 and we will book you the correct route.
