• 1. Kerbside meet. Your attendant is waiting at the departures drop zone at the agreed time — whether you arrive in our car or your own. The porter takes your bags from the boot.
• 2. Terminal entry and check-in. You’re walked through the entrance screening and straight to your airline’s counter, with the attendant handling the queue logistics and any airline questions you’d rather not solve at 5 a.m.
• 3. Priority immigration. For international flights, you’re escorted to the priority lane for exit immigration — typically the single biggest time saving of the evening.
• 4. Priority security and gate. Through the fast security lane, then a walk to your lounge or gate with directions you don’t have to think about.

Total kerb-to-gate time varies with your airline’s counter speed and the day’s crowd, but guests consistently clear the parts of the airport they dreaded fastest. One honest caveat: check-in opening times belong to your airline, not to us — a fast track can’t check you in before the counter opens, so we’ll advise the smartest meeting time for your specific flight.

• Evening international departures — the peak bank when queues at immigration and security are at their longest. This is the single most-booked slot, for good reason.
• Families with young children — one adult handles kids, the attendant and porter handle everything else.
• Older travellers or anyone who shouldn’t stand in line — the escort keeps walking to a minimum and queues to almost none.
• Tight turnarounds — a late checkout in Uluwatu and a 21:00 flight stop being a gamble.
• Business travellers — the difference between answering emails in the lounge and answering them in a queue.

When is it not worth it? Honestly: a mid-morning domestic hop on a quiet weekday, travelling hand-luggage-only. Queues at those hours are often short, and we’d rather tell you that than sell you a service you don’t need.
