How the Airport Pickup Works
- Confirm on WhatsApp. Send your flight number, date, resort name, and passenger count to +62 811 2859 0000. Our airport desk runs 24/7, so a reply doesn’t wait for office hours.
- We track your flight. Land early or sit on the tarmac in Jakarta for an hour — the driver’s schedule moves with the aircraft, not with the booking sheet.
- Find your nameboard. After customs, walk out of the arrivals exit into the public greeting area. Your chauffeur is holding a board with your name; you’ll already have the driver’s photo and WhatsApp number from the day before.
- Load and go. The driver wheels the trolley to the car park, and from there it’s one turn out of the airport and you’re heading south toward the toll gate.
The Route: Two Ways South
Drivers choose between two roads depending on the hour. The default is the Bali Mandara toll road, a causeway that runs across Benoa Bay — mangrove forest on both sides, fishing platforms in the shallows, and a clear run to the Nusa Dua exit. The toll fee is already in your fare.
The alternative is the Ngurah Rai Bypass through Jimbaran and Kedonganan. It’s livelier: you pass the fish market and the grilled-seafood smoke drifting off Kedonganan beach, then the turn-off for Tanjung Benoa’s watersports strip. Just before Nusa Dua, look right for Puja Mandala — a mosque, two churches, a Buddhist vihara, and a Hindu temple built shoulder to shoulder on one hillside. Drop-off Inside the ITDC Gates
Nusa Dua’s resorts sit inside a gated enclave managed by the ITDC. Your car enters through the main gate near Bali Collection or the southern gate toward Geger, and each resort then runs its own driveway security check — a mirror sweep and a quick boot inspection, standard for the area and usually over in under a minute. You’re dropped at the lobby porte-cochère, not at a public kerb outside.

Good to Know Before You Land
- Book before you fly. Same-day requests usually work, but confirming a day ahead guarantees your vehicle class — the Alphard and V-Class are the first to go in July and August.
- Immigration sets your pace, not the road. The drive is short; the queue after a wide-body landing wave often isn’t. Your driver tracks the flight, so a slow exit costs you nothing.
