- 16:00–19:00 — the bypass past Sanur is at its slowest. Assume the full 105 minutes and let us set the pickup accordingly.

What time should I leave Ubud for an international flight?
Work backwards from departure: about 3 hours for check-in plus the drive at its worst. That means a pickup 4.5–5 hours before your flight if you would be travelling between 16:00 and 19:00, and around 4 hours at calmer times of day. Is there a surcharge for early-morning or late-night pickups?
Only between 22:00 and 05:00, when a flat $5 night surcharge applies on top of the fixed fare. Outside that window the price never moves — a 06:00 pickup for a morning flight costs exactly the listed $150.
What happens if my flight changes or I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and rescheduling is a WhatsApp message — we shift the driver to your new time. If an airline moves your departure at short notice, tell us as soon as you know and we will do our best to re-slot you even inside the 24-hour window.
Can I pay by card, or in rupiah?
Yes to both. Fares are fixed in USD; you can pay cash in USD or rupiah at the day’s rate, by Indonesian bank transfer, or by card with a 3% processing fee. There is no deposit for a standard one-way transfer.
